Our Story
Founded in 2006, BIIC grew from focused management advisory work into a regional partner for governments, donors, and enterprises that need both rigor and practicality. We have supported policy reform, analytics modernization, and large scale training, always with an eye on what still works after the consultants leave.
Today our teams bridge strategy, data, technology, and learning so clients do not have to stitch four vendors together to get one outcome.
